Shipping Times: Shipments for orders over €35 are free within Europe.
N.B. All customs duties and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The shipment will be processed to the courier within 2 working days.

Our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time of shipping. Nasty Thongs cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or unsuccessful payment, but we strive to minimize any delays.
Return Policy Returned items must conform to our criteria:

Items must be returned intact and unused, with all original packaging included.

Products can be returned to the supplier within 14 days of purchase.
Please try the products carefully so you can return them in the same condition they were shipped. Returns that do not meet our standards will not be accepted.

The return is at the customer's expense, and it can be done with a courier of your choice.
Refunds Once your return has been received and accepted by Nasty Thongs, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
